central location train station shops tiny room loud noise thin window
The hotel is very central. The train station is just across the road. Shops are right outside the entrance.
I booked a twin room. I arrived and was put in the tiniest single room I've ever seen. The noise was loud inside the room, even late at night.

faulty air conditioning basic kettle
the air conditioning in my room did not work. it was stuffy and unpleasant (i think it's broken). also, the kettle provided was quite basic, and the teabags were nothing special. i expected a bit more for the price.

The location is excellent. New street station is a short walk away. the staff were cute. The receptionist made check-in easy. my room included complimentary water bottles and big towels.
I noticed a crack in the bathroom sink. It was to have been there for quite some time, a slight disappointment.

The standard double room offered a good bed and a clean environment. It provided sufficient space for a comfortable stay, and the lighting was well-suited for both relaxation and work. the room had practical furnishings.

The hotel is near the train station. Many shops and restaurants surround the hotel, so guests have multiple dining options, and the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

friendly staff excellent breakfast convenient location faulty heating user unfriendly cold room
the staff were friendly and professional. breakfast was excellent with a great choice. the location is convenient next to the station. reduced rate parking was offered for local car parks.
the heating wasn't working properly. i couldn't figure out how it worked. it wasn't very user friendly. it was so cold in the room .

Anniversary Trip Delight
generous upgrade super clean room comfortable bed rainfall shower
My husband surprised me with a wedding anniversary trip. We got an upgrade with wine and chocolates. The room was super clean (thanks to Lauren in housekeeping!). The bed was really comfortable, I felt so pampered. The shower was a little low for my tall husband, a funny moment indeed.

perfect location cute staff bigger room shower temperature parking garage nearest parking
The location was perfect i tell you! it was so close to everything i wanted to see and do. the staff were just so cute and friendly. I really was like they cared. i got a superior beautiful double or twin room, and it was way bigger than i was expecting!
the shower temperature was so annoying. it kept switching between hot and cold, not fun at all. there was no parking on site, even though it said there was a parking garage. i had to spend an hour finding the nearest parking, stressful.
